Computer Equipment: Renting vs. Leasing

Computer Equipment
Buying isn’t always an option when it comes to computer equipment needs. So then the question arises, to rent or to lease?
Renting computer equipment is the ideal route to take if you’re working with a short-term timeframe. Maybe you’re running a three day convention, or you have an upcoming meeting that will wrap up by mid-afternoon. That’s when you want to rent. Leasing is a long-term commitment, and often comes with an extra hefty price tag if you decide to kill the contract early.
Rental computer equipment covers any range of needs: colour and black and white copiers, laser and colour printers, paper shredders. If you’re looking for scanners – high speed or barcode scanners – those are available too.
Renting in the short term can be anything from 24 hours to a few months. That makes renting equipment the best solution for most events, from trade shows to classrooms to temporary offices.
